Job Summary

An employee information company is filling a position for a Telecommute Enterprise Platform Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with product development, product marketing, customer success, operations and more
• Lead test and optimization efforts to improve conversion and revenue growth
• Conduct training and outreach to internal support teams as well as external customers

Qualifications Include:

• Have 5+ years in product management or program management and a Bachelor’s degree
• Can acquire, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data
• Have a deep curiosity about data and skill gathering, analyzing and applying data to inform decisions
• Have proven the ability to lead and coordinate teams and work cross-functionally
• Experienced at designing product solutions with a team
