A freelancing platform company is filling a position for a Telecommute Enterprise Program Success Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Achieving program SLA's by operational excellence, tracking, and swift resolution of issues
- Representing the company to our clients and drive daily operations of your client's talent programs
- Developing positive working relationships with client champions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Work from Home Wednesday's
- Client facing experience (4-year minimum)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Worked with Enterprise or Large Business clients in the past
- If no program experience - customer success or account management
- Strong abilities with Excel and Google Apps
