Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Enterprise Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing, coaching and mentoring a team of account executives
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners
  • Defining goals and metrics and continually measuring against progress

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel
  • Minimum of 5+ years leading software sales teams
  • Consistent quota attainment in software sales (individual and team quota)
  • Documented track record of success in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Experience constructing and making presentations to C-level executives
  • Experience selling and/or managing manufacturing relationships around enterprise software
