Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enterprise Sales Northeast Region Account Executive.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Prospecting, qualifying, engaging, and closing accounts to exceed quarterly bookings targets
- Partnering with customers to solve their key challenges in learning and development
- Partnering with Marketing to drive awareness and generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calls/emails, field marketing (events), and more
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-8 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years of highly successful B2B sales experience, ideally to HR or L&D leaders
- Experience engaging with senior executives, particularly in HR (CHRO, CLO, VP)
- Successful track record selling to Fortune 500 companies
- Strong decision making, negotiation, and quantitative problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to form relationships quickly
