Job Summary

A developer of a platform for mobile apps has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Software Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Create onboarding plans for each of our enterprise customers
  • Drive expansion of Company's offerings with existing customers
  • Develop a repeatable playbook for hiring, training, and ramping team members
