Job Summary
A developer of a platform for mobile apps has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Software Customer Success Director.
Must be able to:
- Create onboarding plans for each of our enterprise customers
- Drive expansion of Company's offerings with existing customers
- Develop a repeatable playbook for hiring, training, and ramping team members
