Job Summary
A company that specializes in data extraction is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enterprise Solutions Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Onboarding new enterprise customers
- Helping the Sales team to price contract agreements for new and existing customers
- Responding to support escalations from enterprise customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have excellent communication in both spoken and written English
- Have a strong knowledge of HTTP and Networking
- Are comfortable taking ownership in business critical situations
- Take a logical, measurement-backed approach to prioritizing projects
- Are naturally dissatisfied with inefficiencies and having to do the same thing more than once
- Have a broad general programming background
