Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Telecommute Enterprise Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and resolve open cases, defects and services issues
  • Own the customer post sales experience
  • Identify gaps in the customer’s knowledge and utilization of company solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years in senior customer facing roles
  • 10+ years successfully managing large scale software programs or projects
  • Strong knowledge of business processes
  • Strong skills in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability of engaging with customer accounts
