Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Talent Development Director.

Must be able to:

  • Leads the approach, design, and delivery of the Senior Executive Development Experiences
  • Create bench building experiences across the global enterprise
  • Ensure the success of future design components

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years of experience in Leadership Development, OD, HRD at senior leadership levels
  • Experience providing significant thought leadership within a global COE
