Job Summary
A professional training company has an open position for a Telecommute Enterprise Training Customer Success Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as primary contact for Enterprise clients and establishing strong partnership with stakeholders
- Facilitating activities for clients including regular call reviews, training and certification updates, and presentations to clients
- Establishing and following escalation procedures when necessary, ensuring resolution and client satisfaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years in a customer facing support role, ideally working with enterprise corporate or government clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and efficiently
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
