Telecommute Entrepreneurial Services Director

Job Summary

An accounting and consulting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Entrepreneurial Services Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare intercompany transactions and reconcile accounts
• Manage payroll, all calculations, time entry through payroll system including all payments and related reports
• Maintain the client database and preparation of informational forms 1099 and 1096

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Tax working in a professional services accounting firm
• Experience preparing and reviewing Corporate, Partnership, Individuals, and Multi State tax returns
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team with direct reports, including experience conducting performance evaluations
• Ability to prepare intercompany transactions and reconcile accounts
• Understanding of the general ledger structure and financial system
