Job Summary
An automotive industry retail sales company is filling a position for a Telecommute Entry Level Automotive Phone Sales Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Looking up the correct parts and exceeding your customer’s expectations
- Selling, upselling and cross selling products to match your customer’s needs
- Taking inbound sales calls driven by company's catalog and web site
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend 1 week of on-site training and orientation and ability to work in the building 2-4 days per month post-graduation for coaching, training, etc
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, and are experts at solving problems
- Ability to use a desktop computer system
- Demonstrated understanding of the Internet, Google Search and company site
- Demonstrated ability to communicate correctly, clearly with both internal and external customers
- Ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
