Job Summary
A large hotel chain is in need of a Telecommute Entry Level Hospitality Agent Guest Service Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate competency, proficiency and meet specific sales goals
- Communicate effectively, accurately and clearly in all guest interactions
Position Requirements Include:
- Must attend virtual training for 12 weeks in length followed by 4 weeks of trainer supported onboarding
- High Speed Internet Service
- Dual monitors
- USB wired Keyboard (PS/2 interface and/or wireless are not supported) and USB wired Mouse
- Local telecommunication provider land line or residential Voice over IP phone service with dedicated phone number
