Job Summary
A premier high performance hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Entry Level Sales Solutions Specialist in Ann Arbor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing weekly performance and trends to Solutions Lead
- Escalating complex inquiries to senior Solutions Specialists
- Translating technical requirements to one or more of our solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Attention to detail and being organized are a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with direct customer interaction experience
