Job Summary

A non-profit environmental organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Environmental Campaign Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in the development of a strategic campaign plan, goals and objectives
  • Writing, editing, and reviewing educational and advocacy materials
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating policies, initiatives and developments to increase the use of renewable energy

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • B.A./B.S. degree in Environmental Studies, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a clean energy or energy democracy campaigner or advocate
  • Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and proof of auto insurance
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, state and local energy, and social equity policies and regulations
