An engineering company is seeking a Telecommute Environmental Planning Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing support and expertise for environmental planning and permitting
• Serving as a senior project manager and senior leader
• Working closely with business development and project delivery teams to win and deliver projects

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in an environmental science or engineering discipline or closely related field
• Minimum years of experience: 15 Years
• Ability to develop strategic planning and permitting execution strategies for clients
• Proficiency in estimating and managing costs for environmental planning projects
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of the California regulatory framework and market trends
