Job Summary
A non-profit environmental protection organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Environmental Protection Climate Finance Research Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting research on the climate finance landscape on an as-needed basis
- Assisting in the development of 10-15 (1 to 2 page) policy briefs
- Assisting in the development of story boards for 5 educational videos on climate finance
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, sustainability, environment studies or similar
- 6+ years of full time work experience
- Experience in researching climate change mitigation and adaptation, climate finance, and environmental policy
- Detail-oriented, organized and independent thinker
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent research, writing, editing and oral communication skills
