Job Summary
A data company has an open position for a Telecommute Epic Application Support Level 2 Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping to define engagement governance
- Executing according to that plan
- Providing timely project reporting to the clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent
- 5 years of experience in Epic implementation and support
- 5 years of experience managing a level 2 delivery team either on a helpdesk or IT department
- 5 years of experience in business development and proposal/staffing writing
- Deep clinical expertise and a successful track record of addressing the clinical process issues
- Previous team leadership experience
