Job Summary

A data company has an open position for a Telecommute Epic Application Support Level 2 Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping to define engagement governance
  • Executing according to that plan
  • Providing timely project reporting to the clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in Epic implementation and support
  • 5 years of experience managing a level 2 delivery team either on a helpdesk or IT department
  • 5 years of experience in business development and proposal/staffing writing
  • Deep clinical expertise and a successful track record of addressing the clinical process issues
  • Previous team leadership experience
