Job Summary
An enterprise-class cloud company is filling a position for a Telecommute Epic Technical Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directing and managing the Epic AMS team during technical software version upgrades and applicable RA\SU updates
- Managing the issue tracking process and conveying updates to the key stakeholders
- Continually providing process improvement to ensure efficiency across the customer landscape
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience working with Epic Healthcare
- Robust understanding of the Epic Upgrade\Update process and all of the corresponding Epic workflow areas
- Experience with Project Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop and adhere to stringent time schedules in order to meet project deadlines and to sequence activities logically
