An information technology and professional staffing and services company has an open position for a Telecommute Equity Compensation Analyst in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis, evaluation and as-needed market research
- Determine appropriate salary grades, ranges, and pricing based on internal and external equity
- Participate in a variety of People Operations and Compensation related projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, including equity compensation
- Experience in evaluation and benchmarking of a variety of business and functional positions
- Previous experience in a client-facing compensation role
- Effective experience interacting with and influencing at all levels of an organization
- Proficient in quantitative analysis in Excel or GL Sheets
