Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute ERP Client Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing long-term partnerships with clients
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal operations
  • Providing input into the CSM methodology and direction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience
  • Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems
