Job Summary

A producer and retailer of products for the automotive aftermarket has an open position for a Telecommute ERP General Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor the teams’ helpdesk ticket queue for new incoming tickets
  • Manage own helpdesk ticket queue to resolve end user issues in a timely manner,
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level I issues, as reported by the end users or system-generated error logs

Qualifications Include:

  • 5-10% Travel May be Required
  • 1+ years experience using or supporting JD Edwards E1 running on an iSeries system
  • Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to possession of a bachelor's degree
  • Functional knowledge of JD Edwards (Financial, Distribution, Manufacturing)
