Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Achieve timely resolution to urgent and non - urgent issues
- Support issue resolution for a variety of internal and external customers

Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of Telephonic Customer Service experience
- 2 years of Healthcare Insurance experience
- 1 years of Appeals or Claims experience
- Experience with Medical Terminology
