A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Escalation Specialist in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Achieve timely resolution to urgent and non - urgent issues
  • Support issue resolution for a variety of internal and external customers
  • Analyze and communicate complex information in understandable terms

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years of Telephonic Customer Service experience
