Job Summary

A provider of title insurance and settlement services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Escrow Officer in Scottsdale.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Completing real estate escrow transactions
• Determining closing requirements
• Ordering title reports for issuing title insurance and resolving title defects

Qualifications Include:

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good client relations and organizational skills
• Ability to write reports and correspondence
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, etc
• Ability to deal with multiple types of roles such as real estate sellers, buyers, etc
