A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Estate Planning and Probate Attorney in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Editing and drafting content for its legal products group
- Drafting and marking up various forms and "how-to" type practical guidance
- Conducting research in various legal resources
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate administration
- Experience drafting, reviewing and counseling clients on issues arising in the Estate Planning and Probate Administration context
- Law degree from an accredited law school and Active PA license
- Minimum of five years working in areas of wills, trusts, estates and probate administration
- Excellent legal writing, editing, research and analysis skills
- Effective written communication skills
