Job Summary
A company that offers legal services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Estate Planning Legal Editor in the Berkeley Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the legal accuracy of content
- Write and edit articles for company's website
- Update and develop estate planning forms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to travel to our office from time to time
- Must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and no professional disciplinary history
- Must show excellent writing and editing skills for a nonlegal audience (blogging or journalism experience is a plus)
- Must have at least two years' experience as a practicing attorney, including experience with will and trust formation, will and trust administration, and probate work well with others
- Must be able to manage several projects at once
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems
