Job Summary
A nonprofit farm animal rights organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Ethology Research Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with video data collection as part of non-invasive, sanctuary-based research studie
- Providing administrative support for research program
- Performing literature reviews in support of new and existing research and animal welfare projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in animal behavior, animal welfare, biology, zoology,and similar
- Familiarity, commitment to, and experience with the practice of equity and social justice principles
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Be hard-working and dependable
- Able to work well independently
