A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Evaluation and Management Certified Professional Coder and Auditor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing audits of designated workers compensation and auto medical bills
- Monitoring bill aging for bills held to specified queue
- Handling and assisting reconsideration issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Professional coding credential such as CPC, CPC-H, CCS, COC or CCS-P
- 2+ years of professional or hospital coding experience including Evaluation and Management coding
- Ability to maintain professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications
