Job Summary
An educational technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Evening Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in root cause analysis and communicate findings to customers
- Assisting in monitoring class times as well as providing follow-up with professors
- Corresponding with company departments and teams to promptly resolve student and faculty issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years experience working in a service-oriented, customer support, technical support or related field
- Familiarity with Apple and Microsoft Operating Systems
- Minimum upload speed of >5 Mbps and download speed >10 Mbps with a ping less than 100 ms
- Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately
