Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Event Marketing Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Figuring out the details of customer issues
- Managing multiple tickets and requests at once
- Working PST and/or APAC hours
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years Events Industry and Event Registration Technology experience
- 1-3 software support experience
- Knowledge of CRMs such as Hubspot and Salesforce
- Basic HTML and CSS
- A love of evangelizing software and technology and a passion for helping customers
- Serious Multitasker
