Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Executive Accounting Finance Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Prospect and sell to new clients, building a lasting relationship with them
- Problem solve with existing clients to fully understand their hiring needs
- Locate qualified, potential candidates using databases or online job posting boards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Interview face-to-face
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in the staffing industry
- 1+ year of staffing or recruiting experience
- 2+ years of business to business sales experience
- Proficient using Google mail, Outlook Calendar and shared drives
- Some knowledge of accounting/finance polocies and regulations
