An international non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Managing the donor database and related materials
  • Assisting with Social Media strategy, content, and publishing

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Strong writing, data entry, and information management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
