Job Summary
An education nonprofit is seeking a Telecommute Executive Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying opportunities to increase VP's/EVP's efficiency through thoughtful time management
- Completing and submitting timesheets, expense reports, and vendor invoices
- Scheduling travel and coordinating arrangements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- The position requires occasional travel, including a few in-person meetings each year
- 3 to 5 years of experience providing administrative support for executives and senior leaders
- Prior experience working in a virtual environment and supporting multiple stakeholders virtually
- Experience leading peers and defining best practice
- Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills and aptitude to quickly learn web-based software applications for expenses, invoices, and internal knowledge management
