Job Summary

A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as primary liaison for communication within the SVP's departments
  • Manage and coordinate the team's calendars, meetings, phone calls, emails
  • Coordinate scheduling of and plans internal/external meetings

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Administrative and business management experience supporting management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to support a virtual team of executives
