Job Summary
A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison for communication within the SVP's departments
- Manage and coordinate the team's calendars, meetings, phone calls, emails
- Coordinate scheduling of and plans internal/external meetings
Qualifications for this position include:
- Administrative and business management experience supporting management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to support a virtual team of executives
