Job Summary
A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Manage a complex calendar and schedule requirements
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in the preparation of budget
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in providing support at an Executive level
- BA, MA degree in business, business administration or proven experience
- Experience managing international travel arrangements in multiple time zones, currency and languages
- Experience managing incoming calls and emails,prioritising and responding as appropriate
- Good computer skills, preferably with MacOS, GDrive tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience managing a high workload and ad-hoc requests
