Job Summary

A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant.

Must be able to:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage a complex calendar and schedule requirements
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in the preparation of budget

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in providing support at an Executive level
  • BA, MA degree in business, business administration or proven experience
  • Experience managing international travel arrangements in multiple time zones, currency and languages
  • Experience managing incoming calls and emails,prioritising and responding as appropriate
  • Good computer skills, preferably with MacOS, GDrive tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high workload and ad-hoc requests
