Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant 25-35 hrs/week.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare agreements and ensuring follow up is completed
- Manage clients by scheduling appointments
- Manage Facebook posts and comments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with Facebook Groups (managing posts, comments, admin functions)
- Experience with CRM software
- Knowledgeable of HIPAA rules and regulations
- Medical insurance knowledge
