A software development and support company has an open position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and other Executive Committee members
- Organizing complex calendars and schedules
- Managing communication between upper management and employees
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 years experience supporting a CEO
- Experience using Slack, Zoom and Google Meet
- Advanced proficiency in both Microsoft Office and GSuite, and other office productivity tools
- 5 years experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Experience managing calendars and schedules in different time zones
- Experience managing travel, meeting coordination, and event planning
