Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
- Manage the personal and professional calendar of one or more senior leaders
- Prepare senior leaders for meetings by researching relevant content and preparing talking points
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years' experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting Senior Management
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality
- Ability to produce high quality presentations and briefing packs
- Exceptional attention to details and planning skills, with proven ability to multitask
- Computer literate with strong Office 365 experience
