Job Summary

A medical technology company is seeking a Telecommute Executive Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Anticipate the needs of the executives
Assist executive leaders in administrative tasks appropriately prioritizing internal and external meetings and managing travel
Work cross functionally with our Operations team to support any in person events and meetings

Qualifications for this position include:

Extremely high judgment and pattern matching ability
5+ years of experience working with, for and/or supporting multiple executives
High level of discretion
Proficient computer knowledge with emphasis on Google Drive
Strong, professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle shifting priorities
