Job Summary

The role is a mix of executive/administrative assistant and social media implementation/graphic design work.

Most of all we need someone to organize us and our social media activity to allow us to focus on lead generation, customer contact and training/coaching delivery, etc.

We also need someone who can tell us what they need from us and when to allow them to do their job!

Seeking someone who can do routine administrative tasks such as:
--calendar management
--workshop management: booking venues, managing guest lists & registrations, organizing materials
--tracking and managing customer interactions through our CRM system (InfusionSoft)

The second half of the job is to implement social media postings in line with a strategy developed for us. Tasks to include:
--Posting to social media for us on our behalf on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook
--Promoting the business and the events/services we offer
--Some light design/layout work involved (e.g. designing emails for use in InfusionSoft and using Canva to create social media images)

Ideal Candidate:
--Experienced at administration and organizing people - who don't necessarily like being organized!
--Has a good working knowledge and confidence posting on social media platforms
--Is able to work in collaboration not us as well as our marketing strategist team
--Is confident enough to tell us what they need from us and when - keep us organized.
--'Gets' our voice and will be able to communicate both mass through marketing and individual direct to customer. The 'voice' of our company is friendly, lively, slightly irreverent, young(er) but still professional--certainly not stuffy or overly serious.
--Light design work is likely to be required so candidate should have a degree of design sensibility and experience
--Prefer someone able to work on site occasionally but open to virtual candidates if they have a good skill set and are able to demonstrate how they would build a rapport with us and get to understand our company from a distance.
