Job Summary
Website designer has an open position for a Telecommuting Executive Assistant in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintaining an existing system of files
- Proofreading documents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist, office manager, and/or an executive assistant
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to resolve customer service and administrative issues
- Must be very polished and professional
