Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Project Coordinator Executive Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Relieving executive management of administrative functions to allow management to focus on strategic responsibilities
- Managing calendars for executive management requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of relevant support experience
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Intermediate proficiency in Outlook for calendaring and emailing
- Ability to format documents, agendas and presentations with good spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
