Job Summary
A community development technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Executive Assistant to President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a right arm for our executive leadership team leaders while frequently deploying support tactics to optimize executive-level operations, preparedness, communication, and efficiency
- Project-managing critical events and meetings by crafting agenda communication, preparing meeting materials and/or presentations, scheduling conference spaces, and coordinating IT and catering resources
- Supporting day-to-day operational activities, including completing expense reports, arranging complex and detailed travel information (i.e. plans, itineraries, and agendas), and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience as an executive assistant to a CEO or president
- Proficiency with MS office and CRMs, including Salesforce and Asana
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to own end-to-end workstreams and prioritize conflicting needs to ensure completion and deadline achievement
