Job Summary
A healthcare organization is in need of a Telecommute Executive Biostatistics Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing all planning, management, and logistics for biostatistics services for assigned region
- Assigning project work and reviewing workload for all direct reports
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and training program for staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- MA/MS degree level in the science/health care field or equivalent in education and experience
- Extensive experience in the design and implementation of biostatistics methodology and analysis
- Experience in a Contract Research Organization or pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
- Experience in working in a matrix structured environment with multiple product lines
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and strong understanding of biostatistics
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a matrix team
