Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Executive Health Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling and time management to promote productivity for the CEO
- Completing, submitting, and tracking expense reports; reconcile credit card charges for the CEO
- Ensuring the CEO’s IT/tech tools are useful and create the right efficiencies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
- 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant or relevant experience in an administrative capacity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with and the ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
