Job Summary

A provider of placements of high quality executives is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Executive Support Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting clients with their tech needs
  • Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues
  • Escalating more complex problems to appropriate internal team members

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, website backend/administrative interfaces, and cloud-based tools
  • Outstanding task management skills
