Job Summary
A search engine company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Experienced Backend Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implement and/or create algorithms to improve the content we present
- Collaborate with peers on product brainstorms, technical design discussions, pair programming sessions and code reviews
- Lead development of search projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expect to travel at least 2x a year
- Expertise working on at least one large application
- Significant backend engineering experience
- Ability to develop and use complicated data structures and algorithms
- Effective project management skills
