Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Experienced Project Scheduler in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring assigned project(s) milestones, deadlines, and due dates
- Building and maintaining project schedule in MS Project and/or Primavera
- Developing schedule templates to support initial team scheduling activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a scheduler
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Office management curriculum or equivalent
- Experience with both manual and automated scheduling systems
- Experience must include the ability to schedule data using an automated scheduling tool and validate data following input
- Experience identifying and tracking schedule risks from initiation to program completion
