Job Summary

A science and technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Expert Program Performance Analyst in Austin.

Must be able to:

  • Develop performance measurement plans
  • Design and create Performance Analytics in Service Now
  • Present reports and performance measurement plans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Masters degree and 15 years experience, or 15 additional years experience without degree
  • Public Trust Clearance
  • Ability to demonstrate quality data organization and analysis techniques
  • 5 years of experience with Service Now
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating Performance indicators within Service Now
