Job Summary
A medical technologies firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Extremities Sales Development Director in Mahwah.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing clear direction, strategy and leadership to Strategic Sales Development managers and field clinical specialists
- Leading the Foot and Ankle Sales Education function
- Driving focus and accountability to ensure that Foot and Ankle is a priority within Branches and Agencies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel up to 50%
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant sales/marketing experience, with a large portion of this being within the medical technology industry
- 5+ years of effectively leading people
- Demonstrated record of executing the launch of new products and integrating new BD initiatives into Sales Force
- Demonstrated record of overachieving sales and financial goals
