A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Eyewear Quality Assurance Specialist in East Haddam.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Resolve member and provider complaints and appeals
• Serve as a liaison between provider and member
• Prioritize and analyze member and provider issues
